Jill Beharry, Founder
As a consultant, I have the privilege of working with teams in an independent, non-authority role. Informed by their honest perspectives and experiences, I am endlessly inspired by the depth of passion at every level of an organization for making a difference in the world.
Talent Friend grew out of a desire to develop healthy workplaces for people who dedicate their careers to improving the lives around them. A workplace where leaders are confident the organization can be successful without their constant personal vigilance; where everyone on the team feels equally valued for how their contributions support the mission; and where trust and ownership flows freely.
Work Experience: After almost a decade in film/tv production, I started working in the non-profit, education sector in 2003. With over a decade of finance, operations and hr experience in the non-profit education sector, Jill started Talent Friend in 2015 to support her colleagues as they navigate their many roles in starting, managing and leading their organizations.
